The steps take you onto the elevated decking which continues down to a private patio area and garden. The garden is fully equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture to make the most of the great outdoors and breath-taking views this property has to offer.

This simple, stylish, contemporary property has been finished to an extremely high standard, it is  very comfortable with soft muted tones throughout making it a perfect, relaxing, seaside escape. The attention to detail from the plates in the kitchen to the bedlinen thread count is exemplary.  The pillows and duvets are all brand new and of a high standard. The kitchen is designer and has a white carrara granite work-top with all integrated appliances. In the garage you will find the washing machine, tumble drier and hanging/ drying area for all beach wear.  

Minimum stay out of season Jan / Feb /March /April/ May / Sep/October / November / December - 2 nights at £225.00 per night plus £50 mandatory clean.

Minimum 5 night stay from June - Sep / Easter - £225 per night.

Minimum 5 night stay NW200 - £250 per night.

The weekly rental July and August 2023 £1575.00 per week plus mandatory £50 clean including all new bedlinen and towels.

Beach towels are also available at the property upon request.
