Tanya is our holiday rentals expert. She was born and bred in Portstewart and knows the area extremely well.
Tanya has a degree in sociology and spent over 10 years travelling while working for British Airways. She came to work with her sister Lisa when the business changed hands back in 2007 and her experience with travel and tourism has proved invaluable.
In her spare time Tanya enjoys spending time with her family, walking the coast's many beaches and being an enthusiastic Irish "dance-mom" to her daughter Katy. She also enjoys entertaining and hosting dinner parties.
Diane has vast experience in hospitality and events management. After spending several years in London she gained a comprehensive knowledge of estate agency while working for John D Wood in Richmond On Thames.
Diane prides herself on excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail. She is responsible for all new business and will see the contract through from start to finish - happy to answer any questions you may have, including advising on any improvements needed to secure a successful contract.
Diane loves walking with her two spaniels Ollie and Lilli, enjoys cooking and is a keen golfer with a handicap of 18.
Clara has worked full time with North Coast since 2017. She graduated from the University of Ulster with a degree in psychology.
She is very organised and has a bright and bubbly personality - always keen to help. She enjoys dealing with the public and never leaves anything unfinished.
Clara loves eating out, going to the cinema and is known to enjoy the odd cocktail.
Clare has a degree in hospitality and tourism and worked for many years as front of house for several of the north coast's top restaurants.
Along with her experience in customer service she also has great attention to detail and enjoys interaction with staff and clients alike. She is a foodie at heart and has turned her passion for food into a part-time business - making and selling a variety of pestos according to her own secret recipes.
She loves cooking, particularly making fantastic canapes for any and all occasions. She is also an outdoors girl who enjoys walking and surfing in Portstewart, Portrush and Donegal when she gets a chance.
Shauna is the longest serving member of North Coast and has vast experience in the rental market. She works part time and is solely responsible for all enquiries regarding clients' accounts.
Shauna is very sociable and enjoys spending time with her family. Despite her calm and polite demeanour she is tenacious when chasing up any late payments and nothing escapes her attention.
Lisa is the owner of North Coast Property Management and is committed to providing an excellent standard of service to all landlords, tenants and guests.
Lisa has travelled extensively and has a degree in Spanish, having lived in Barcelona and Valladolid for 10 years collectively. She has an excellent knowledge and flair for interior design and has been involved in the redecoration and redesign of properties of several clients.
