Where can I book?

All properties can be booked online or via telephone.

Can I rent holiday homes for less than a week?

Yes, holiday homes can be let on a short term basis for 2-3 nights. This is only available out of season. All holiday homes are let on a weekly basis only throughout July , August, Easter and Christmas holidays.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Deposit must be paid to confirm a booking, this will range from £100 - £500 depending on the property and come off your total balance. The card details will be held during your stay in the event of any damages occurring and the deposit amount could be charged.

Are pets allowed?

All properties are different - please check each properties description to see if pets are accepted.

Where are keys collected?

Keys are collected from each property via a lock box- key codes will be giving several weeks prior to arrival.

What do I do if I have to cancel?

Deposits will be non refundable if you have to cancel unless the property re books over your dates. Some landlords will be understand- ing and will authorise a refund depending on circumstances. Please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to assist you should this occur.

Can I spilt the cost with other party members?

Yes, we can take multiple payments per booking.

When is the balance due?

Balances are due 45 days before - failure to pay this can result in bookings being cancelled and deposits being held. Balance reminders are issued prior to this occurring.

What are my check in and out times?

Check is from 4pm and check out is 10am.

How should I leave the property on check out?

All properties are professionally cleaned prior to arrival and are expected to be left clean and tidy on departure- they do not need to be spotless but a valid effort should be made.
