What's the shortest length of time I can rent a holiday let?

Two to three days in some properties during the year for long weekends, and weeks only saturday - saturday on all properties during the summer.

How much is the deposit?

£100 - £300 depending on the property.

Do you accept pets?

Some properties do and others don't - ask when booking. Our new website will have symbols on dog friendly properties.

Where do I pick up the keys?

In your booking form you will get details of the office address and if there is a key lock box then we will make you aware of this on your confirmation form.

Our office is located at 59 The Promenade , Portstewart, BT55 7AF.

What do I do if I need to cancel after I have paid my deposit?

Talk to the staff who are experienced in dealing with all sorts of situations.

We cannot guarantee deposits will be returned as its up to the landlord of that property, but we will do what we can to help you out.

How do I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be refunded on to your card automatically in the week following the vacation of the holiday property.

What if I want to split the rental cost with my family?

You can call the office and pay with a card any amount you want to… So you can split the payment equally if you want.

What time do I pick up keys?

This will be printed on your confirmation form.

Normally keys are picked up between 2pm and 5pm on the Saturday you arrive at the property.

What time do I need to vacate?

10am the following Saturday morning.

Do I need to clean the property?

You don't need to clean it entirely…

Just make sure it's acceptable for the cleaners to arrive and make their job as easy as possible.

How do I repeat book?

Contact the office and we can help with this.

In order to confirm reservation you will need to pay a deposit and have received a booking confirmation number.

Will my property be clean?

All properties are cleaned before the tenants move in.

During busy periods this might mean a slight delay in accessing them but we try to make sure the delays are kept to a minimum and of course standards of cleanliness are of the upmost of importance.

Does it have WiFi?

Again check when booking…

There should be a symbol if there is WiFi easily visible on the website description.
