Here at North Coast Property we have been letting holiday homes in the area, initially as part of Armstrong Gordon, since the 1960s. That's well over 50 years experience making families happy on their holidays to perhaps the most desirable part of Northern Ireland. We have just rebranded and so our colours and marketing have changed somewhat from the earlier days
but we have the same core values.
This, together with our new website, we operate in the office, so don't pass any expense onto our landlords. We have a fixed rate of 15 per cent and for that we will take a deposit to ensure that, in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, you are covered.
We have just rebranded and our newly designed website promotes the properties in a far better way to prospective tenants.
We are also updating our longterm rental system and have moved to digital document contracts. We are very much an experienced company, but one that moves with the latest technology, essential to meet the expectations of modern holiday makers .
