Superb, four bedroom bungalow, perfect for a relaxing family holiday in Portstewart. The promenade can be reach on foot in under twenty minutes. The Strand beach and Portstewart golf club can be reached in fifteen minutes on foot.  

This spacious accommodation offers a large private enclosed garden, patio area and furniture. The rear of the property benefits from a sea view across the bay to Donegal and enjoys sunshine all day and into the evening. There are also stunning unobstructed sunset views in the evening visible from the private rear garden and throughout the rear of the house.

The accommodation sleeps seven people and boasts three double bed rooms and one single bed room. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has been recently updated and extends into a dining area again with stunning views over the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher to make your stay as relaxing as possible. There is also an outside drying room for wet suits etc.

The large living room comfortably seats seven adults and includes a flat screen TV and DVD player.
