Cozy beach cottage situated within close proximty to the West Strand Beach.  The property is situated a two minute walk to the gorgeous west strand beach. Portrush is full of shops, bars and restaurants all of which are within walking distance to the property. It is a 5 minute walk along the promenade to the town centre of Portrush and a 3 mile walk to Portstewart, along the coastal footpath/cycle lane.

The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including slim line dishwasher, small fridge and freezer box. There is also a microwave. 

Sleeps 4 - One double bedroom and one bunk room with sea views and one double sofa bed in the lounge(only can be used for extra charge on request for a child).

There is a modern shower room with electric shower.

Electric car charge available on request.

Outside you can relax on the split level decking on outdoor furniture.
