A newly refurbished family friendly 2nd floor apartment with a stunning sea-view overlooking the golden East Strand beach. Centrally located in Portrush with shops, bars and restaurants on the door step, this apartment is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Portrush has to offer. Also, a short drive away is the world famous ‘Royal Portrush’ golf course and popular tourist attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Portballintrae, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge and Bushmills Distillery.
This bright and contemporary furnished property has an open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, oven/hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster offering a home from home experience.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom (with double bed) and one twin room (with two single beds). There is also a premium quality Jaybe single folding bed for the lounge making the property suitable to sleep five. A cot and high chair can also be provided on request and an extensive range of family board games are provided. For TV entertainment you can access your own TV subscription accounts (e.g. Netflix) via the smart TV. Prams or pushchairs can be safely left in the foyer area of the apartment block.
