Lissadell Avenue has a number of bus stops enabling easy access to the centre of Portstewart, nearby Portrush with it's stunning beaches, golf courses and the famous Curry's Fun Park and the busy shopping town of Coleraine.

27 Millfort Close is near to Portstewart Tesco, the local medical centre and the stunning Portstewart Strand. Portstewart Prom may be reached in a few minutes by car, where you can enjoy views of Castlerock and Donegal and treat yourself to a world-famous Morelli's ice-cream!

The house sleeps 8 people and costs £995 per week (price for Summer 2024). It contains one double en suite master-bedroom and three further double rooms. There is a W.C. on the ground floor plus a main family bathroom on the first floor with a bath and over the bath shower.

There is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area which comes fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge area is bright with plenty of room for guests to relax.

The house benefits from a well-maintained, enclosed garden to the rear and is complete with BBQ and garden furniture - perfect for family fun in the summer. There is parking at the front of the property to park several cars off street.
